Veteran kicker Jay Feely was among 13 cuts made by the Arizona Cardinals on Monday morning. Feely addressed his release on Twitter. Throughout offseason workouts and training camp, the 38-year-old was engulfed in a kicking competition, which he ultimately lost, with rookie Chandler Catanzaro. Feely struggled with his hang time and distance on kickoffs last season and into this year's camp, but missing a 48-yard field goal Sunday night against the Bengals likely sealed his fate.
