The Arizona Cardinals and Larry Fitzgerald have agreed to an eight-year contract that could keep the star receiver with the team through the 2018 season. Fitzgerald's deal is for $120 million with close to $50 million guaranteed, sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. The six additional years after 2012 would be worth $17 million each. The $15-million average would tie him with the Raiders' Richard Seymour for the fifth-highest average among all players. The top four players are all quarterbacks.
