The Arizona Cardinals sent running back Tim Hightower to Washington on Sunday, in exchange for defensive end Vonnie Holliday and a 2012 draft pick. The Hightower trade comes hours after the Cardinals agreed to a four-year deal with running back Ryan Williams, the team's second-round pick this year.
