The Houston Astros continued looking toward the future on Sunday when they cut veterans Carlos Pena and Ronny Cedeno and called up shortstop Jonathan Villar from Triple-A Oklahoma City. Pena and Cedeno were among the only experienced players on this rebuilding team.
