Having scored 9 in 15 starts for Salamanca and now being old enough to play for Arsenal, would it make sense to bring him back to Arsenal and take a proper look at him, or give him another year in Spain, and in turn a spanish Passport and qualification as an EU Player. Is it worth bringing him back to play in the reserves, as surely the difference between Spanish 2nd division and the premier league is too much to expect the kid to be ready to play first team football next year.
