It's true. I heard it from my cousins friend, who knows his ex-girlfriends gardener, whos mom ex-husband knows a lady who works at the ACC Hot Dog stand. In case you haven't noticed, I was exxagerating on how out of hand this situation has turned into with the league sources and Nav Bhattia going in the media and making fun of how ridiculious these reports have been. Like the deals that would send Carter to Dallas, NY, LAC and etc.
