I live in FL.......so I don't see any nets games unless on ESPN-TNT........I know we played poorly tonight. The NETS always do this to me, win some games.........i get excited and think that we are a good team finally.......and then we do this. Anyway I'm curious about VC tonight. Was he hurt, not involved, or was this one of those games where VC realizes the nets are not good enough to do anything in the post-season, and he basically takes a backseat to the others and only plays when called on?? I'll admit that VC is my favorite player and I get pissed at him because sometimes it looks like he cares and he takes games over......then other times he seems disinterested. What was the deal tonight??

PS - does anyone else agree that we need to lean heavily on Vince early and often so that he gets involved, scores points, and gets into the game!!

You guys didn't read the contract? Every five games he gets a day off.

Carter mailed it in last night. Last week he took McInnis down low and abused him. They may have been doubling him more, but he didn't try to go to the basket much and looked even more disinterested than usual on D. Some nights he looks slower than Redd Foxx out there. And all the screaming and yelling for foul calls is getting embarrassing. Dunk on someone, Vince! He and RJ combined for 3 rebounds I think. That's awful from the 2 and 3 spots.

laziness, they thought they could win by just walking onto the court.
