The Cleveland Cavaliers are considering bidding on Mike Miller on amnesty waivers. The Miami Heat amnestied Miller on Tuesday to save on luxury tax payments. Miller is owed $12.8 million over two seasons. Miller is close friends with LeBron James, who the Cavaliers will pursue in 2014.
