    The straw that stirred the Cavaliers' drink took his talents to South Beach and left Northeast Ohio with a massive hangover.

    A hangover that is supposed to end today.

    That will be new coach Byron Scott's message when the Cavs begin practice this morning. Scott will need clear heads and fleet feet, not a bunch of veterans still sulking over the Decision.

    More than 21/2 months have passed since July 8, when two-time NBA Most Valuable Player LeBron James announced he was signing with the Miami Heat. A lot of Advil and Gatorade have been swallowed since then by locals crying in their beer. While fans and media will be obsessed with James' departure probably for the entire season, Scott cannot allow that mind-set to permeate his team.
