Kevin Love is about to be a free agent, and Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James isn't going to be giving him a big pitch about staying. From the Cleveland Plain Dealer's Chris Haynes:

This is going to be blown way out of proportion because it's the Cavaliers and it's these two players in particular. When Toronto Raptors swingman DeMar DeRozan said last summer that he wasn't going to have any special words for then-free agent Kyle Lowry, it was not news. (And Lowry later said he appreciated being left alone to make the call.) This is completely different, though, as the perception is that James and Love don't have a great relationship.

Earlier this season, there were reports that James was "frustrated" with Love. It was a big deal with Love said that the two of them weren't best friends. It was a huge deal when Love said he'd vote for Russell Westbrook for MVP, even though James said that was fine and joked about it later. None of this means the two of them have problems, even though it was clear that Love had his struggles trying to fit in on the court during his first year with the team.
