<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">CLEVELAND, June 9 -- The Cleveland Cavaliers have named Kenny Natt as an assistant coach, President and General Manager Jim Paxson and Head Coach Paul Silas announced today. Natt joins Mark Osowski and Stephen Silas on Paul Silas? coaching staff.
?Kenny is a great fit for our staff. He is a veteran coach who brings valuable experience. He wants to get out on the floor and coach and that?s what I?ll allow him to do,? Silas said.

Natt comes to Cleveland after spending the last nine seasons (1997-2004) as an assistant coach with the Utah Jazz. During his tenure with the Jazz, his primary responsibilities included working with frontcourt players on skill development and preparing the team for games by breaking down video of opponents and their offensive and defensive sets. Prior to being an assistant coach, Natt worked as a scout for the Jazz (1994-96). </div>

I'm a bit late in posting this, but I didn't see it up already. Good choice for the Cavs IMO, he's spent a long time under Jerry Sloan, who's discipline and emphasis on team work will be invaluable to a young side like the Cavs.
