Cavaliers guard Dajuan Wagner was diagnosed with an inflamed large intestine Tuesday and remained hospitalized. He was listed as out for Tuesday night's game against Charlotte and will not travel with the team to Los Angeles, where Cleveland begins a six-game road trip Thursday.
