BALTIMORE -- CC Sabathia became the Major Leagues' first 20-game winner this season and the Yankees won consecutive games for the first time in two weeks with an 11-3 win over the Orioles at Camden Yards on Saturday.

It wasn't Sabathia's finest performances, but it was, like so many others, efficiently effective. Sabathia tossed seven innings, allowing three runs on seven hits while striking out four. He had only one 1-2-3 inning, but Baltimore rarely built major threats against the left-hander. The O's merely made the most of their limited opportunities, scoring on two sacrifice flies and a two-out solo home run by Robert Andino in the fifth.

Sabathia picked up win No. 20 for the first time in his career. No AL pitcher won 20 games a season ago, and Sabathia is only the sixth AL hurler to win 20 since 2005.

Unlike his last time out, against the Rays, Sabathia benefited from a surplus of run support. Jorge Posada drove in two runs in the first inning with a single off the glove of first baseman Ty Wigginton to stake the Yankees to an early lead. Derek Jeter drove in a pair of runs with a sacrifice fly in the second and an RBI groundout in the fourth. Robinson Cano launched a long two-run homer, his 28th, over the scoreboard in right field in the fifth to create some separation.

Jeter scored twice to cross the 100-run mark for the 13th time in his career, tying teammate Alex Rodriguez for the most among active players. Cano became the third Yankees infielder to reach 100 RBIs with his homer, and the Yankees improved to 24-2 in games in which the second baseman goes yard.
