<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'> LA Times: Right now, the leading bidders look like Boston (offering Al Jefferson, Gerald Green, Sebastian Telfair, or anyone but Paul Pierce), Atlanta (Josh Smith, Marvin Williams and/or Al Harrington) and Golden State (pick any three).</div>They're still in pursuit so I woouldn't take away those AI jsy switches yet. I think he has a good chance of making it because I know it's either him or Cwebb and I heard theres a 65% chance they trade AI.
Baron Davis for iverson straight up (for GSW.) how does that sound. i dont know about the contract situation.

The Sixers wouldn't do that. He barely averages half the points AI does. Positives are that he's a few years younger(not much), better man defense, and more assists. If they trade Iverson, it would probably be for a handful of youngsters with a lot of potential to start a rebuild.

AI is really good.. he's always top 3 ppg.. does anyone realize that? baron davis is good but he isn't an AI.
I'll take Gerald Green, Al Jefferson and Telfair/West over Baron Davis any day... especially since Philadelphia is going for a youth movement if they trade Iverson.

i'm not sure if i want to give up all that. And i'm pretty sure Danny doesn't want to give up all that either.
I would go after the Hawks offer in a heartbeat..AI will be going to one of the 3 teams, by the start of the season..
Everybody knows that Iverson will have a say in where he will be traded... almost every superstar does! Why would he want to go into a worse situation in Atlanta? If the Sixers were going to trade him there, I think Iverson would want to stay in Philly... which he already has mentioned several times would be what he prefers over being traded.

They're going to have to try and get a player that is close and/or some good young prospects.
