The Celtics rebound from a disapointing loss at the Lakers on 12/28. Six Celtics scored in double figures, led by Paul Pierce with 21 and Walter McCarty with 16. It was a close game through out the first two quarters, then the Celtics took over in the third, and went up by 15 points. The Warriors came on in the fourth to close to within two points at 89-87, but could get no closer. Walter McCarty hit a clutch three pointer with 3:10 to go followed by a basket by Pierce to halt the Warriors momentum. Jiri Welsch had 15 points and eight rips in his first game against his former team. What do you think about this year's Celtics? Celtics prevail 100-91 over the Warriors.

This should be a good game. The Warriors have been inconsistent this year as have the Celtics, but this game is in Boston so look for them to pull out another win.

This should be a very interesting game for both teams. I see the Celtics winnig this one by 7. Paul Peirce should be awsome IMO. The warriors should'nt be able to stop him once he starts to get going.

Jiri Welsch is invaluable right now, and Danny Ainge must be thanking his lucky stars that he ended up with a good player out of the whole Walker deal.

I do not feel this year's Celtics are as good as last year's team. I do not think they are better without Antoine, either. Depth - Evidenced by his success in Dallas, he is not a ballhog. What about the team without him do you like better than the team with him?

As always, Paul Pierce was a great leader out there. Is there any talk of him winning the MVP? Because, judging by who is most valuable to his team's success, Pierce is it.

I agree totally, he's doing well with the Mavericks, he's learned. Pierce worked hard as always. My props to Warriors though, they always try hard and usually improve. They're becoming better then Memphis.

Eastern Conference MVP, yes, NBA, no chance, right now I'm going with KG or Duncan again.

Spre & Cassell are under rated on the Wolves. Garnett is over rated as an MVP candidate
