    Gobert has nice touch with a fairly decent lookin jumper, looks pretty athletic and smooth

    No, but you can never have enuf bigs as we well know and if we think a guy is BPA and a C you have to consider it, IF we keep our pick which IMO is a big IF

    Pretty much. You look at nbadraft.net and see the NBA player comparisons in the individual profiles, and it's tough to arrive at any other conclusion. This smacks of the 2000 draft where K-Mart was the #1 pick.

    I remember how bad the Olawakandi draft was as well! Wasn't Antonio Daniels like the #4 pick that year?

    This. Everyone likes to blithely say that it will take 3-4 years for him to develop. Fine. Why then is he all of a sudden "ready" after 1 year? He's not.
    I've been watching the 2nd round of the playoffs, he's not good enough to get into any of those games.
