The Hamilton Tiger-Cats will find themselves in a rather unusual position tomorrow during the opening moments of the 2010 CFL Canadian Draft: another team will be picking first.

The Ticat have had the first-overall selection in each of the last three drafts, courtesy of their dismal record over that period.

But Hamilton finished 9-9 last season, and the man in charge of the rebuilding effort, general manager Bob O'Billovich, doesn't seem too disappointed by the slide down the draft board.
