The Los Angeles Dodgers have placed Chad Billingsley on the 15-day disabled list for pain in his troublesome right elbow six days after the right-hander's second start of the season. Billingsley's start to 2013 was delayed amid a recovery for a bruised index finger he suffered during bunting drills in March.
