Fourth-seeded Sara Errani was upset in straight sets by Anna Chakvetadze of Russia in the second round of the Slovenia Open on Wednesday.

Chakvetadze eased to a 6-1, 6-2 win against the Italian and will face compatriot Vera Dushevina, who rallied to beat Virginie Razzano of France 4-6, 7-5, 6-2.

The 23-year-old Chakvetadze was in the world's top 10 in 2007 but is ranked No. 103.
