http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-chargers-chambers&prov=ap&type=lgns This could be a big blow. Vincent Jackson will slide up into the #1 slot. This is time for Buster Davis to show his stuff, he'll be the #2 option. He was considered a bust last year, but the talent is definitely there.
Damn that sucks, and you really don't have a whole lot of depth after Gates/Jackson either... I think you'll still beat NE though.
I'm not sure how anyone could consider Davis a bust after his rookie year? It may have been disappointing to some; but rookie WRs rarely make big impacts. But I agree, he has the opportunity and talent to capitalize on this. Vincent likes to get vertical, no? And Buster the underneath stuff
A lot of Charger fans were really disappointed with Buster last year. Major let down. This is his shot to start making up for it. Vincent is a good physical receiver and a decent deep threat. He isn't afraid to take a hit, I used to rag on him because he would drop the easiest catches, but that has changed. So far what I've seen from Buster is been over the middle; across the field type of routes.
