"The Jaguars begin a new chapter on Thursday when players report for the start of the franchise's 18th training camp. It's the first camp under new owner Shad Khan, who purchased the team from Wayne Weaver last year, and for head coach Mike Mularkey, who was hired in January to replace Jack Del Rio. It's a drastic change from last year when the lockout wiped out all offseason programs. This offseason, Mularkey was able to install his system during minicamps and organized team activities. And there is definitely a sense of change in the air. Mularkey has brought more of a sense of discipline and attention to detail, including how the players line up their helmets on the field. During one practice, he told wide receiver Chastin West his helmet wasn't lined up correctly. That's quite a contrast to last season when the team entered the season with a lame duck coaching staff because all of the assistants were on one-year contracts. Mularkey said at the end of the offseason program that attention to detail is a key component in building a winner. "I tell them, 'There's 11 guys on that row, why [is] one helmet out of whack,''' Mularkey said. "You can't have one out of sync anytime when you have 11 guys together. Let's just do it. It looks nice, professional, looks like we want to do it the right way and they're getting it.''" Read more: http://jacksonville.com/sports/foot.../story/change-air-jaguars-ready-training-camp
