That was the difference between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Charlotte Bobcats in a 107-105 Sixers victory Wednesday night at the Charlotte Coliseum.

Okafor went 4-of-12 from the foul line, and Hart never heard a whistle with two seconds left, after three Sixers enveloped him on a drive to the basket.

So, Jason, did you draw contact?

"I thought I did. I wanted to make the refs call something," said Hart, who had 19 points and seven assists, replacing Brevin Knight, who sprained an ankle. "I thought I drew a lot of contact. I'm not an (Allen) Iverson, but I thought ... I got hit pretty hard."

Actually, Iverson (24 points, six assists) didn't get a call, either, when he drove to the basket with eight seconds left. Ultimately, a shot-clock violation set up the Bobcats for Hart's final drive.
