Lebron went to talk to his mom after the game instead of giving a press conference.

First he says he doesn't want Lebron to reach the finals, then this.

Does he have something against Lebron or soemthing?

Maybe they had issues during the Olympics or something? I have no idea, Billups seems like a really cool guy and very down to earth. It's really petty for LeBron to not congratulate the Magic for defeating them.

I'm sure Lebron congratulated the Magic players on the court. It's not like he walked off the court Pistons style.

Lebron just didn't feel like meeting the press.

    QFT.

The sad thing is not much will be made of it because he is the golden child, and can do no wrong.

I hate LeBron even more now for what he did, the son of a bitch couldn't wait to congratulate at least only Howard, screw the rest, he's been with Howard in the Olympics as well as in the Eastern Conference allstars team.

Shows you that Kobe is 10 steps ahead of LeBron player wise and human wise IMO.

I only saw West and Wallace sticking around. Big props to them.

Imagine if LA lost to Denver and Kobe went right off the court? Holy shit, BSPN would murder him. It would be all over the place.

LeBitch gets a pass, of course.

Nope, he walked straight off and didn't talk to the press. Total dick move on his part.

And I think it's BS that the media people are giving him a pass. Tim Legler was saying it wasn't a big deal on SC this morning. If that was Kobe, I agree with Mamba, he would have been murdered by the media. But LeBron is the golden child and can pull BS moves like this.

lol wut? This was missed judged by LeBron yes but that statement is idiotic. LeBron is a good guy, just made a bad decision to not shake hands and talk to the media after the game. And really it's not that, it was his explanation afterwards, in an Evil Empire hat that not now sparked more media attention.

^ LeBitch is still an arrogant son of a bitch, you cannot change that, just watch him during games. He's think he's the Jesus himself playing versus humans.

Thats called hypocrite, he can play a nice guy but when it's serious, look what he does. I agree totally, Kobe would have got tons of criticism, but he's a classy guy. Like Sheed said - I don't know if there's a king in Cleveland??

So, he has to be invincible? A good person can't make a mistake? Misjudge something? And don't give me the "Oh he complains on the court to get calls". All NBA players do it, no one has ever committed a foul in the NBA.

And look, hypothetical, if Kobe did this, I could care less as well and would defend him saying that even though it's poor sportsmanship, it's a small mistake and is caught in the moment.

LeBron also did acknowledged Dwight late in the game when he fouled him and e-mailed him afterwards.

Really, this is a non-issue that everyone agree is poor-sportsmanship at the moment, let's move on.

Just saw on ESPN this morning that LeBron won't get fined for not speaking to the media. Had they still been in the playoffs, he'd have gotten a warning and then would have been fined on the next offense.

And e-mailing Dwight doesn't really make up for being a total douche that night. I don't care if he got caught in the moment, he should still show some fucking class.

After a couple days of these posts, I'm starting to get pissed off here. Laker fans should stop accusing other players of not showing enough class. See Game 1 / Game 2, Houston series. Throwing elbows and knees at players, taunting and trash talking, body checking guys trying to set a simple pick -- that's being "classless". Spare me the sanctimonious BS over a player walking off the court quietly in a loss.
