http://www.whatifsports.com/ this site is pretty cool. You can simulate any team from the past or present against each other and it gives a score with in depth stats and play by play.
Well supposedly if the '04 Falcons had just played the game in the Georgia Dome instead of at the Linc last year, they would have beat the '04 Eagles. Damn! Thats a pretty good site.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pack Attack)</div><div class='quotemain'>Apparently the 2004 Patriots are just unbeatable...</div> 198849ers (30) at 2004Patriots (6)
Look at this! 04 Baltimore Ravens at 04 New England Patriots! At Gilette Stadium (No Percipapitation or whatever) Temp: 70 and Light Wind Baltimore 16 New England 12
HAHA press it a couple times and you'll get the score you want...I had the 04 pats beatting the 93 cowboys, 72 phins, 85 bears, 97 packers...and so on but I just like the stats and stuff they are pretty cool.
I found it interesting that when i had the 2004 Patriots take on the 1972 Dolphins in 100 degree weather, the Patriots dominated, when I changed it to -20 degrees, the Dolphins were unbeatable....so weird, it should be the other way around....at 70 degrees, the default temp, the teams split every other game....

The funny part is that it gives you some weird results too. I ran it only once for 93 Cowboys vs. 04 Patriots. Cowboys won 25-19....either team could have been picked to win, so its not a big surprise. However, the details were interestingly odd: The Cowboys missed two out of three extra points. New England led 19-12 with 4:53 left, but the Cowboys scored two touchdowns in that short time to win. Emmitt ran the ball for 111 yards on only 18 carries (6.2 YPC) Despite Emmitt's success, they replace him with Derrick Lassic with :16 from the 2 yard line and Lassic scores on one of his 2 carries of the day. All the above are very unlikely occurences. The fact that they are happened in the same game is kind of funny. Maybe it was a preseason game.
OK I SWEAR.... SWEAR you can even try it 04 Pats @ 04 Jets at Giants Stadium no rain (for Pennington reasons) and 55 degrees out final score: 04 Jets 26 - 04 Pats 6 then the jets beat em in light rain 13-12. Patriots unbeatable HA, this is a good sign i can feel it lol
I have my own predictions, 05 Baltimore Ravens versus 05 Pittsburgh Steelers At M&T Banks Stadium Baltimore 21 Pittsburgh 10
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (J-E-T-S 1083)</div><div class='quotemain'>OK I SWEAR.... SWEAR you can even try it</div> It isn't always the same. You can simulate the same game 10 times and get 10 different outcomes.
i came out as the score twice in a row and then jets never lost in those conditions in 5 tries. lol i got a little too excited
