Nah, I'm just kidding. According to the gossip column: Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon insists that Robinho's move to Chelsea will not go ahead unless the Spanish giants can secure an adequate replacement. Reports suggest a deal to bring the Brazilian forward to Stamford Bridge is all but completed, but after Real missed out on signing Valencia striker David Villa, Calderon is now keen to hang onto the 24-year-old. Sorry to bump this topic, but how had Real given Robinho any problems, If anything, he gave us problems.
Both sides gave each other problems. Robinho was disallowed by his club to participate in the Olympics among other restrictions he did not appreciate. You already know the issues he gave your side in return. In the end everybody is happy now that he has moved on, except for those poor unfortunate Chelsea fans who bought Robinho jerseys too early. I laugh at their misfortune.
Brazil would have won the match if Robinho was there. (at the olympics) So yeah Real did cost him a medal. (and the country)
