Would be a good signing for any club, but maybe not Chelsea, I read an Article on the internet the other day. Chelsea are officially the worst club in EPL for transfers. Shevchenko was bought for £31m and each of his goals cost chelsea £5m. Wright-phillips was bought from Man City for about £24m-£25m, Now he might be going back Man City for £9m Name a player they've signed in the last 2 seasons that plays week in week out. Robinho might break that trend, he's good enough IMO, but Chelsea need to get consistant.
