Sense tells me Chelsea are most likely to buy a new right back come the January window, but who do you think is ideal for the team? and more importantly who would you suggest they buy?

word is that they'll offer SWP to Man Citeh for Micah Richards.

I really hope not, I'd rather they buy a proven in-prime defender and we all know they can afford it. [IMG]

    Really?

If I were a Chumpski fan and Citeh accepted that offer, I'd bite their hand off. I'd run from London to Manchester and let them sign the contract in my own blood.

We've got our core for the future. It's a case of bringing the right pieces through from our academy (remember them?) and complimenting them with players from the transfer market.

And given Micah Ricahrds is probably the best defensive prospect in the country, I'd be pretty damn chuffed if United could snap him up for a player they never use and want to get rid of anyway.

Micah Richards looks another Titus Bramble, so I'd be happy if you signed him.

Until Abramovich gets bored and desides to leave, taking his money with him, and consequently bankrupting Chelsea Football Club.
    Then we'll see Chelsea in League 2 : )

You won't even see Chelsea in League 2 if they are bankrupt ... bankruptcy = no club.

    1) You don't become a multi billionaire like Abramovich by being careless with money.
    2) He would sell the club, not just leave it.
    3) Chelsea have been playing/buying for the future since day 1.
    4) Why would they become bankrupt? Wages? dont make me laugh.
    5) You think people would stick around in Chelsea if they were going to become bankrupt one day?
    6) If it did happen, they can always sell their billion pound squad.
    7) Abramovich goes to every game, this clearly shows he has an intrest in football, add to that the other russian club he had 'connections' to, some time ago...
    8) Were you born stupid?

Makes me laugh, this is the best you got? and btw im drunk, so that may make zero sense until i rewrite it in the morning. [IMG]
