    Boston Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli confirmed Friday that he had spoken to Marc Savard and told the center the Bruins will not trade him.

    "We told Marc we are not moving him and he is part of the organization," Chiarelli told ESPNBoston.com.

    The guy takes a home-town discount and has to deal with a summer full of rumors despite having a NTC and one of the best contracts in the league for his production.
