Chicago Rush head coach Bob McMillen has been named NET10 Wireless Head Coach of the Year, the Arena Football League office announced today.

McMillen kept his team focused through numerous off-the-field distractions, guiding the Rush to a 10-8 record and their second Central Division title in the coach's three years at the helm. McMillen was runner-up for the award in his first season as a head coach in 2011. He played 13 seasons in the AFL as a fullback and linebacker and was recently announced as a 2013 selection into the Arena Football Hall of Fame.
