"Chiefs cornerback Donald Washington was arrested Thursday in Effingham, Ill., and has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs, marijuana possession, driving on a suspended license and speeding, according to court documents. The Effingham Daily News reported that Washington, 25, was stopped Thursday afternoon by the Illinois State Police for allegedly driving 86 mph in a 65 mph zone, according to Effingham County State's Attorney Ed Deters. Washington was pulled over on Interstate 70 about five miles west of Effingham, which is about 100 miles east of St. Louis."
