The Kiss Kiss hitmaker stands accused of bumping into Olga Gure-Kovalenko's vehicle in Los Angeles and leaving the scene of the accident without providing the woman with his correct insurance details. He was also charged with driving without a valid California licence. Gure-Kovalenko has decided against pursuing legal action against the singer, as she did not suffer any injuries and there was minimal damage to her car, and on Monday Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, was given until next week to work out an official settlement to have the criminal case dropped. However, Brown and Geragos were back in court hours later for a hearing regarding the star's probation, relating to his 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
