Chicago Bears coach Marc Trestman said safety Chris Conte went through the sideline concussion protocol and had no lingering signs prior to re-entering Sunday's game against Carolina. Conte, however, left the game just one play after re-entering and was ultimately diagnosed with a concussion -- his second documented one of the season -- in the locker room. He exited the game with approximately 5:30 left in the first quarter after he attempted to tackle Panthers receiver Kelvin Benjamin following a 20-yard completion.
