There seems to be no end to the list of players capable of carrying the Baltimore Orioles to victory this season. The latest unlikely hero is Chris Dickerson, who hit a three-run homer with two outs in the ninth inning to carry the Orioles past the Detroit Tigers 7-5 on Friday night.
