<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Two weeks shy of receiving his undergraduate degree during commencement ceremonies, former Notre Dame point guard Chris Thomas is already at work in his preferred profession. Twenty-four hours after delivering a rambling 24-minute farewell address at the team's year-end banquet April 13, Thomas packed up his off-campus apartment and headed for Bradenton, Fla. There, he trains eight hours a day, six days a week at the International Management Group (IMG) Academies in preparation for the June 28 NBA draft. While his classmates finish their course work back on campus, Thomas starts his day around 9 a.m. with a series of stretching exercises before moving on to various conditioning drills designed to increase his speed and quickness. Lunch follows as Thomas learns how to eat the right foods. He returns to the court for more drills and fullcourt pickup games with fellow draft hopefuls to end the day.</div> Source
