none, unless they get someone with high value.

Webber is seen as the cornerstone for sacramento and the Kings live and die by webber as is evedenced by his entry into the rotation at the end of the season. Generally speaking, he is a very popular player and likes the fact that he is seen as THE guy here.

If they could get a big name PF or center for less the same or less money over the next two years, there is a possibility.

there have been some inquiries to the Kings organization regarding possible trades, but the kings have been historically tight lipped on trades untill they just pop out of the woodwork & say its a done deal.

My take: a blockbuster trade such as shaq Tmac or someone of that calibur? (even though I dont think Tmac would be a good fit for the Kings) done deal and webber would be gone in two seconds. Anything less than a proven performer...well... Petrie would have to see some major advantages in whatever package was offered before he trades Webber. Id say 85-90% likelyhood that Webber stays with the Kings.

Webber is here to stay...For at least 1 more year anyways

If Webber can have at least a decent year, than he maybe able to remain with the Kings, but if not,and he has a subpar year, than i don't see the Kings and Webber sticking by each other [IMG]

If Webber can get back to where he used to be, why in world would a Kings fan want him gone? But as we all see, the lift in his legs is gone and who knows how long it'll take him to get back to his usual form. If we can get someone of equal or more value, sure why not?

I don't see any teams wanting to take a chance with him. We're pretty stuck right now.

    thats the problem.... IF
he will prolly be closer to his previous performance next year, but I really doubt that he will ever be 100% of what he used to be. close.. but not all the way...

I dont really want to see him go... even at 70% Webber is better than a lot of forwards out there at 100%
