    Oregon State:

    TDs Yds PassYds RushYds
    Offense 35 327.2 204.9 122.3
    Defense 37 400.4 236.0 164.4

    Oregon Ducks:

    TDs Yds PassYds RushYds
    Offense 66 541.7 241.7 300.0
    Defense 22 332.7 212.6 120.1

Personally, I'm fully expecting a win. On paper, this game is as one-sided as they come, but, it's an in-state rivalry and usually the home team wins. Last year was scary close with Oregon winning by 4 at home.

Oregon State's defensive is horrid. This is a team that not only lost to UCLA and UW, they gave up 31 at home to WSU. OSU's claim to fame is a victory over the Trojans, but that looks less impressive with the Trojans losing to ND (ND was destroyed by Stanford this year).

    My prediction:

Huge day for Thomas and James. Katz has impressive numbers but it isn't enough.

    Pac10 Champions, Oregon: 55 (second/third stringers in the 4th)
    Bowl ineligible OSU: 31

I pretty much agree. OSU's linebackers are very slow and I see no real problems with the Beavers this year.

Putting my self-designed score predicting program to use:

    Games I Care About:

    Oregon 37, Oregon State 22 (-15)

    Auburn 32, South Carolina 28 (-4)
    (Vegas: Auburn -7)

    Washington 32, Washington State 22 (-10)
    (Vegas: Washington -10)

Florida State 27, Virginia Tech 24 (-3) upset, I have VTech rated higher than FSU
    (Vegas: Virginia Tech -4)

    Oklahoma 32, Nebraska 24 (-8)
    (Vegas: Oklahoma -4.5)

    Southern California 34, UCLA 22 (-12)
    (Vegas: Southern California -7)

    Big East Parity Showdown:

    West Virginia 31, Rutgers 14 (-17)
    (Vegas: West Virginia -21)

    Pittsburgh 28, Cincinnati 24 (-4)
    (Vegas: Pittsburgh -1)

Connecticut 23, South Florida 23 OT, Connecticut wins (Even)
    (Vegas: Even)

    Games I Feel Nothing About:

    Central Florida 28, Southern Methodist 26 (-2)
    (Vegas: Central Florida -9)

    Troy 32, Florida Atlantic 24 (-8)
    (Vegas: Troy -4.5)

    Nevada 37, Louisiana Tech 25 (-12)
    (Vegas: Nevada -14)

    Boise State 51, Utah State 14 (-37)
    (Vegas: Boise State -43)

    Idaho 33, San Jose State 21 (-12)
    (Vegas: Idaho -13)

Florida International 37, Middle Tennessee State 20 (-17)
    (Vegas: Florida International -4.5)

    Hawai'i 40, UNLV 19 (-21)
    (Vegas: Hawai'i -30)

Not all football looking scores, but we're putting this thing to the test! My program does not use anyone's lines. The lines are there to compare to my lines.

    Hoping for a 63 - 21 game, guessing it will be close. Maybe 35 - 27

All right, the results of my program:

First, the game that mattered most:

Oregon 37, Oregon State 20 (17 pt win)
My program: Oregon 37, Oregon State 22 (15 pt win)
    Vegas: Oregon by 16
I lose. That's what I get for overestimating OSU. Otherwise, pretty damn good!

Auburn 56, South Carolina 17 (39 pt win)
My program: Auburn 32, South Carolina 28 (4 pt win)
    Vegas: Auburn by 7
I lose. I was way off.

Washington 35, Washington State 28 (7 pt win)
My program: Washington 32, Washington State 22 (10 pt win)
    Vegas: Washington by 10.
Went with Vegas, didn't work. Not to bad otherwise.

Virginia Tech 44, Florida State 33 (11 pt win)
My program: Florida State 27, Virginia Tech 24 (3 pt win)
    Vegas: Virginia Tech by 4
I lose. I called for an upset. It didn't happen.

    Oklahoma 23, Nebraska 20 (3 pt win)
My program: Oklahoma 32, Nebraska 24 (8 pt win)
    Vegas: Oklahoma by 4.5
I lose. I really in my heart wanted Nebraska to leave the conference as champions to give the middle finger to a severely lopsided Big XII conference fiscally.

Southern California 28, UCLA 14 (14 pt win)
My program: Southern California 34, UCLA 22 (12 pt win)
    Vegas: Southern California by 7
    Finally I win one.

West Virginia 35, Rutgers 14 (21 pt win)
My program: West Virginia 31, Rutgers 14 (17 pt win)
    Vegas: West Virginia by 21
I lose. Not too bad on the score, though.

    Pittsburgh 28, Cincinnati 10 (18 pt win)
My program: Pittsburgh 28, Cincinnati 24 (4 pt win)
    Vegas: Pittsburgh by 1
I win, but when it's a one point margin, you pretty much just have to pick the winner. I had Pitt right on, but was quite a ways off on Cincy.

Connecticut 19, South Florida 16 (3 pt win)
My program: Connecticut 23, South Florida 23, Connecticut in OT
    Vegas: Even
Basically went with Vegas. Did not pan out.

Central Florida 17, Southern Methodist 7 (10 pt win)
My program: Central Florida 28, Southern Methodist 26 (2 pt win)
    Vegas: Central Florida by 9
    Another loss.

Troy 44, Florida Atlantic 7 (37 pt win)
My program: Troy 32, Florida Atlantic 24 (8 pt win)
    Vegas: Troy by 4.5
I win this one, but yet again I was way off.

Nevada 35, Louisiana Tech 17 (18 pt win)
My program: Nevada 37, Louisiana Tech 25 (12 pt win)
    Vegas: Nevada by 14
    I lose.

Boise State 50, Utah State 14 (36 pt win)
My program: Boise State 51, Utah State 14 (37 pt win)
    Vegas: Boise State by 43
I win, and my closest call of the day!

Idaho 26, San Jose State 23 OT (3 pt win or even)
My program: Idaho 33, San Jose State 21 (12 pt win)
    Vegas: Idaho by 13
    I win.

Middle Tennessee State 28, Florida International 27
My program: Florida International 37, Middle Tennessee State 20 (17 pt win)
    Vegas: Florida International by 4.5
    I lose.

    Hawai'i 59, UNLV 21 (38 pt win)
    My program: Hawai'i 40, UNLV 19 (21 pt win)
    Vegas: Hawai'i by 30
    I lose... again.

    My record: 14-2
    Vegas: 15-1

Against the spread: 5-9, with two games calling the same spread as Vegas.

What I've learned: Don't take this program to Vegas. It was fun though.
