Clements' deal is or should be done soon. Before we sign any player they have to take physicals. Clements and Michael Lewis today would make me pretty happy :thumbsup:

That 10 year contract is one of the worst things I have every seen. No player in the NFL is worth 20 Million. No player in ANY league is worth 20 Million.And their's a difference. Vick can produce. Vick will win you games. Clements and Lewis won't.Top to bottom the Falcons have a better roster then the 49ers without a doubt.
that's why they both had a 7-9 record last year right?especially with the 49ers supposed to have won 4 games last year right, and many people predicted the falcons to make the playoffs...sorry, vick needs to learn to put more touch on the ball so his receivers can actually catch it. yeah, vick can win you games running the ball, but when you are down by 7 points with 40 seconds remaining the game at your own 20 yard line, you cant just run it, you have to throw it, and vick cant do that.the falcons might look better on paper, especially last year, but sorry, the 49ers have improved their terrible defense(that was mostly just terrible at the beginning of the year). and what have the falcons done? nothing.49ers will have a better record then the falcons this year unless the falcons somehow draft calvin johnson.

He was the best FA on the market what do you expect him to get paid after those huge OL FA deals? Thats fine, we still got them. Lelie didnt even wanna be on the loser ass Falcs after just a year, he'll have a way better year with a good QB like Alex Smith than he did with Michael "Jump on the Falcs bandwagon cuz of me" Vick.

If you think Ashley Lelie is a #1 receiver HELL, Even a #2......Oh boy, the 49ers are going to have a LONG, LONG season and it isn't something new.And Lelie was traded for a bag of bricks in TJ Duckett, shows you what the Bronco's a GREAT team at the time thought of him as a #2 receiver.
You do realize the only reason Lelie didnt do well on the Falcons was because Vick cant put any touch on his throws. Why was Lelie so good in Denver? Huh?
