How well has this group of players played this season? Sure, Paul Silas hasn't given them much game time, but Traylor and Snow have been solid off the bench, Eric Snow even playing most of the last game with McInnes out. Varejao has also been playing amazing recently, getting more rebounds then most players out of the starting 5. While LeBron James is leading this team to victories and the play-offs, you can't look past the bench for a lot of support for the great starters.
I think that Cleveland has a decent bench this year, I mean Varejao is coming along nicely and the veterans like Tractor Traylor and Eric Snow, are playing solid. I think Cleveland can go far in the playoffs this year if they can rely on there bench. The only player off the bench who hasnt really shown anything to me is Harris, it could be because I'm judging off of one game but I think he's not very useful.

I heard someone say once, "LeBron James is so good he makes everyone around him good, even Ira Newble." Unfortunately that doesn't really work with Harris. If the rest of the bench can pull through, though, they should have more depth then most other teams.

Our bench is doing ok but no where near will it should be. We have Anderson, snow and and a few others but we are missing someone off the bench that can give us points night in and night out.

The bench has done a solid job so far, but I expected it to do a little better. Varejo is doing a great job and should develop into a solid NBA Player for years to come. If Drew were to be traded, He'd be starting at forward for us. Snow has gave us vetern leadershup off the bench and the same for Harris...
