    Wow this is rough...I understand Brain Hill wanted his own staff, but this man was helping develop the future of the franchise. This is a huge mistake IMO.

    Dwights Sr. said he'd hire Cliff personaly if he wasnt on the staff. Maybe Hill saw he could have Cliff as a personal trainer for Dwight and can hire his own coach for Cliffs position. Still a bad move though.

    Yeah I havn't found a source other then a bunch of guys discussing it.

    Even if we did fire Ray, it sounds like he will be training with Dwight anyways.

    Nothing wrong with having dwight getting big-man training from two big named coaches.

    Yeah like some of you guys have mentioned this isn't that tremendously bad, because Dwight's dad will hire him to work solely on Dwight, which might actually be a better thing then if he had to work with all of our big men as staying with the Magic.
