Los Angeles Clippers guard Chauncey Billups, who has been out with a strained right groin since last week, practiced with the team Monday, and Clippers coach Vinny Del Negro said he hopes to have him back in the starting lineup Wednesday night when the Clippers play the Houston Rockets.
