Im sorry but Im watching the Clippers lose another one and I dunno the score is 96-83 with 2:41 left in the 4th and just a while ago it seems they were down only six in the third and the fans have yet to change their tone they (we) are the most apathetic fans there are adn it doesnt help to have a pessimistic play by play guy like ralph lawler who seems astounded almost like a miracle happens when the Clippers open up any lead. Clipper fans dont support the team enough they seem more interested in the giveaways and little games during timeouts. We are sad.
I was watching and also noticed the crowd quieted and emptied very very early. They never got that loud period.
I didnt think id be willing to let go of shaun livingston but if it brings a new energy to the crowd lets do it maggette and shaun for AI atleast it gives guys like Sam Cassell and EB a chance at the title with the Clippers.
Common knowledge Clipper fans are bandwagoners. I'm sure plenty have turned their red-white-blue back into purple-gold. This franchise doesn't have it's own identity. They don't even their own stadium and not a single Clipper has had a jersey retired. It's great the team is finally spending money and just re-signed Dunleavy, but they really need to move out of the Staples Center and create an identity of their own. I really think the Clippers should move to Orange County and build their fan base out there, similar to what the Angels did.
The only reason why there is even people there is because half of those tickets are given away for free. I'm always offered CLippers tickets but I turned them down because i rather go wacth a WNBA game then the CLippers. Its funny because in the beginning of teh season i would see a bunch of posers walking with CLippers jerseys and now it seems that there is not even a fan base for them. Clippers should just move to Oakland.

What's going on with the Clippers? I predicted that the team would fall apart once Sam Cassel started to slow down because he was the catalyst to their success...just like when he left Minnesota it went down hill. Is he not playing well or what's the story there?
There's been a lot of problems really. First of all Cassell just isn't producing the same, and right now he still wants to be the guy taking all the big shots, except he's not making them. It seems like he has a 1 1/2 year buffer on every team he plays for or something. Maggette wants out, but he isn't being moved. Mobley isn't doing what the team got him for which is to shoot three's, and he's really a guy that we don't know what we're going to get from him from game to game. Tim Thomas has been a non factor for the team, and get's injuries every few games. Kaman was injured early on, and was playing terrible, and is just trying to get back in the groove. Brand started off slow, but though he's picked it up, no one else really has. The only bright spot has been Shaun averaging approx. 13 PPG, 4 RPG, 7 APG, 49-50% FG in 13 games or so as a starter. The offense is too stagnant, teams early on were stacking on Brand, and the team still is inable to spread the floor. The defense also isn't the same as it was last season. The team can definately get it together, but there needs to be adjustments made.
