    The Clippers already have Baron Davis and Sebastian Telfair in the backcourt. Not sure why they would need Arroyo. He's shown a history of complaining when he doesn't get minutes.

    MIAMI - The Miami Heat signed veteran point guard Carlos Arroyo, who starred at nearby Florida International University, on Monday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is believed to be a one-year contract.
