Clippers Win First Playoff Game

wheres all the clipper fans? lol. nice game by the clippers. they built a nice lead late, but the nuggets kept coming back. in the end though, the clippers held on to win 89-87. a pretty exciting game if you ask me

 

I really liked this game, Elton Brand is a beast, Shaun Livingston controlled the tempo well and made some of those amazing passes that he used to back in high school, Ross made some bad decisions down the stretch but Radmanovic can fill for him.

 

hopefully they win and hopefully lakers win so it can be a la matchup in the next round. but if the clippers win i loose 5 bucks

 

wow! clippers are killing the nuggets so far in game 2. where is carmelo?

 

Carmelo fouled out with 2 fouls in the first quarter. The Clippers are totally dominating, making a huge 25 point lead. The Nuggets are ice cold, 22.2% from the field, the Clippers can't seem to miss, shooting 66.7%. Clippers lead 38-13, almost tripled the Nuggets' scoring total right now.

 

Carmelo's out with three fouls, and Andre Miller has two so he's playing risky right now. I wish the Clippers would win this series and play the Lakers hopefully in the second round. Shaun Livingston and Sam I Am are amazing.

 

I had the Clippers in 5, 6 at max, so I'm not surprised. Some people I know thought I was a little overconfident saying the Clippers were the better team easily, but they're showing so far that they are.

The score even made the game look closer than it was.

Now, it's not yet time to say I told you so, the Clippers still have 2 more to win, but if they take the next one in Denver, it's over.
