I'm sick and tired of losing all these close games. Almost every game we've lost has been close and we've had a chance of winning it, then blew it in the 4th or final minutes. We need to sign someone in the offseason, such as Robert Horry who can make shots down the stretch. This group just isn't cutting it.
I think the fact that Pat Garrity is out hurts us.. I don't think people relise that he was a big loss this year...
Not being able to perform in the last few minutes of the game is a sign of a young an innexperienced team. Adding a player through Free Agency over the offseason won't change things. Good fourth quarter performances take team work. Every player has to be thinking team-first. As Cleveland learned earlier this season, you can't have too many youngsters and players with big egos out on the floor in the final minutes of the game. Everyone will be wanting to take the big shot rather than set up their teammates for the game winning shot.
The thing is that Tmac does set his teammates up down the stretch most of the time. Sometimes he shoots, but most of the time he drives and dishes to someone driving and gives them a layup that they miss.
Yeah I'm tired of losing close games to. If we had some players that wanted to win as much as I do then they would make their shots or at least make something happen. I think they are just scared to take the spotlight away from Tracy. You get noticed for making something happen and that's what we need in the 4th to win the game.
