This was better. Still not the way Charlotte Bobcats coach Larry Brown envisions playing, but dramatically closer than what happened in Cleveland Tuesday. They looked organized on offense. They got back on defense (for the most part, anyway). They took some charges and made plenty of shots. Still, that wasn't enough in a 97-93 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the second exhibition of the preseason. The problem Wednesday was possessions: They allowed the Thunder 18 offensive rebounds and the Bobcats turned the ball over a perplexing 27 times. You give the other team that many extra scoring opportunities, and it doesn't matter that you shot 49 percent.
