<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>THE REFS CALLED THE RIGHT CALLS</div>Oh puh-leeze, dude. Quit blaming the refs. It seems no one can ever actually admit that their team was beaten fair and square.Anyway, back on topic. It seems that the Western and Eastern Conference Finals and the NBA Finals have been a little less exciting than, say the first and second round. Really, I think the Spurs-Mavericks was the best series of any round (which brings up the point that it was actually the WCF, not the semi-finals).

I don't know what call your arguing Waqas, the Dampier play on Shaq looked like a clear foul to me. Yeah this game went down to the last seconds, the Dallas defense collapsed being up by as much as 13 in the fourth and ended up losing by two. Don't blame Dirk's free throws either, blame his poor performace from the field.

It was a little bit strange that Dampier flew about a yard right before Shaq got the rebound.

I can see how you guys are angry at the refs. Their job was to keep it even and Dallas came away with 29 fould commited to Miami's 23.Let's face it: The NBA wanted the Miami Heat to win. I hate it when reffing is blamed as much as the next guy, but 29 fouls to 23? Horrible missed calls at the end of games? It wasn't all the referees fault, but they played a part in it.

Meh, I'm not really happy about the way the game was reffed, but I'm not going to make a huge deal over it, since Dirk had a 21 FTM/24 FTA game against the Spurs. We're still up 2-1, we only lost by 2, and that's after a complete meltdown, so things are ok.

If Raja was healthy the Suns could have made it more exciting for sports fans though, oh well. It's just weird though that the two best teams played in the 2nd round. Actually is was the 4 best teams in the 2nd round in the West. [IMG] This is just how it's going to be unless they change up the divisions and conferences. The Finals in my opinion aren't going to be the most exciting series for a few years at least since the best teams are in the West. The playoffs have been great though. I have enjoyed them. Even with the Finals being so one-sided I can be happy the West is winning and the Suns lost to the champions.

Even thought my Pistons are gone, these have been some of the most exciting playoffs to watch in a long time. I think that the NBA is becoming more and more competitive each year as oppose to the dynasties that used to reign supreme. I think my favorite playoff game from this year was Sacramento and Kevin Martin's game winner.

Plus, the Mavs fouled four times in the last 1:47, and all were definitely plain fouls.

If the refs were obviously favoring the Mavs would u be complaining???o you wouldn't. Just admit it. your team screwed up in the 4th quarter and lost. Thats all there is to it.Anyways there has been some great playoff games this season. Its been a lot more intense then last season.
