Being a devout United fan, having a season ticket for numerous seasons and watching them any chance i get, the one thing i can't stand is clueless fans who make senseless comments. i try to watch nearly all the pre and post match interviews, and after watching enough of them (carrick comes to mind) you tend to adopt nicknames for players like wazza, ronny, pat, nev, gabby, louis, vida, smudge, sheasy etc. While at a bar with a mates watching the united game on saturday, and shouting the traditional 'come on ronny' 'played gabby' etc. a supposed united fan asked me 'who's ronny' few of the lads started laughing but not trying to embarrass him when it was easy to, i told him ronaldo. now i have no problem with people supporting united (obviously) but do with people who have no passion for united or a football club, that's why i enjoy arguing with rival supporters, because they know about a club. but 'fans' who suddenly say 'liverpool are better than united' with no backup, no facts annoy you, and united fans who can't even figure out who ronny is annoys aswell. So all fans do you get annoyed with clueless fans?
Extremely... one person comes to mind in this forum who does that exact thing but I will not mention his name. People just love to defend their time, but most of the time they can't give a decent argument that makes sense. Some arguments are like: "No way, Liverpool are way better 'cuz we have Gerard and he is the king like, and Rafa is god" << Immature response!
"Liverpool are better because we have a better history". I reply "where have you been the last 17 years". They reply " Gerrard is 10 times better than Ronaldo and Ronaldo is a cheat and he dives every two seconds". My reply "i dont wanna talk to people who dont know nuthin about football".
