    What grade would you give mister Skiles thusfar?

    A- He has done more than I expected and got the far and beyond the talent they have.

    B-He is a great coach. He is getting all of the talent out of the players.

    C- He is doing a pretty good job. There is a lot of room for improvement.

    D- He hasn't been what I expected. He is not a good coach.

    F- He is one of the worst coaches. I want Bill back.
