Cody McLeod and Erik Johnson broke through for their first goals of the season and gave the Colorado Avalanche all the offense they needed. McLeod scored his first goal in 37 games and Johnson ended a 38-game drought to lead the Avalanche over the Washington Capitals 2-1 on Saturday night.
