Iowa up 10-3 on ISU in quite possibly the ugliest game of football I've watched all year, but hey, as long as Iowa wins, I don't care.
So I just took a glance at Chase Daniel's statline...yea, he has been ridiculous...16/19, close to 300yds and a trio of TDs...and it's only halftime. Wow. On a sidenote, ISU just missed their 3rd FG of the day. Count it, 3 missed FG, which is, by all means, completely unacceptable. Oh well, it's not my kicker sucking, so I'm not worried. If they want to shoot themselves in the foot, feel free to, won't bother me at all.
Watching this Maryland game makes me feel good about Rutgers' situation now. Maryland looked awful barely beating Delaware and losing to MTSU. Now, they're beating Cal fairly handily. Hopefully RU can learn a lesson from Maryland and see that all is not lost. Ans hopefully they play Jourdan Brooks now.
And today is officially a good day for me. Iowa wins 17-5 and still have yet to give up a TD in three games this year. ISU had plenty of chances too, I think they were 0-3 in the red zone today, something to that extent. Though, this really leaves the QB position up for debate again. Stanzi was god awful, 5-16 I believe with 2 INTs and didn't even crack 100 yards. Christensen came in and led them on a scoring drive immediately and made quite a few solid passes. Hopefully they can iron out that issue so they don't have to do QB by committee anymore, it's getting quite annoying.
Chase Daniel is done for the day. 412 yards and 4 TD's. Chase Patton is finishing out the game. He has a rushing touchdown already. 59-17 now.

In the "We used to matter" Bowl, Notre Dame is beating DickRod's team 28-17 in the 3rd in a driving rain Va Tech is beating Ga Tech 17-9 in the 4th Georgia is up 14-7 on the Gamecocks in the 3rd Oregon just got an 87 yd punt return for a TD, so Purdue is up 20-13 Syracuse has at least scored 6 points on Penn State 45-6
The little 11 had some trouble today, but squeaked out wins again Illinois 20-17 over LA-Lafayette Minnesota 35-23 over Montana State Michigan State 17-0 over Florida Atlantic
Central Michigan put up 31 points on Ohio, does mean they are better than to$u? Purdue - Oregon is 20-20 Oregon State is up 38-7 on Hawaii
Oregon pulled it off in 2OT 32-26 Notre Dame won 35-17 Georgia held off South Carolina 14-7 Va Tech won 20-17
